Shipping policy

Each item is handmade and meticulously inspected for any issues and imperfections so it may take at least 2 or more days to finish the production & inspection process.

After the products leave the production facility then it will take an additional 2-5 Business Days for the items to reach your address for US customers.

International customers will receive their items within 4-8 Business Days of shipment depending on region.

Please note that we are a small business of less than 10 People so we are moving as fast as we can and your patience is highly appreciated. 

With that being said, Shipping Times are subject to delays and may take longer than usual. Said delays may occur because of the shipping carrier in which these issues may sadly be out of our control.

In case of lost or delayed package then we advise that you contact your local shipping agency or post office first before reaching out to us.
